Terms & Conditions
Payment: We ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit and the balance to be paid not less than four weeks before date of arrival. We do not accept credit cards so payment should be made by cheque or BACS. If final payment is not paid by the due date (please note that we do not send out reminders) we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Late Bookings. We ask for full payment by BACS at time of booking.
The property is offered with all heating, electricity, bed linen and towels. We also have a no smoking policy.
1. There is one parking space for your use in front of the garage. Parking is at the risk of the guests using it.
2. No liability is accepted for damage or loss to your possessions during your stay, and that the property is secured when you go out.
3. Any furniture, fittings or equipment moved during your stay must be returned to their original position prior to departure. All damage must be reported and paid for prior to you leaving. Baddow Properties Ltd reserve the right to charge retrospectively for damage not previously reported. Any damage charged for will be recorded by digital image for the benefit of proof.
4. Baddow Properties Ltd reserve the right to gain access to the property to effect repairs and maintenance at any time.
5. The property is limited to the number of persons advised on the booking form.
6. Time of arrival. The property will be available after 3pm on day of arrival.
7. The property must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure and should be left in a clean and tidy condition.
